Andrea Corr says her old car is constantly breaking down but she can't indulge in a new model because of sentimental reasons.

She adds: "I really love the new Mercedes SL500 they're so beautiful. I've seen it around. That at the moment would be my dream car.

"My car is quiet funny anyway. I don't know why but it always cuts out and I'm always calling the AA to recharge the battery.

"It's a SLK 200 Mercedes, but it's old. I mean I got it in '99 but I can't seem to get rid of it because my Mammy sat in it and I don't want to let it go.''
